Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Just For You, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
3. Plans & payments
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. One-time plans grant access to the purchased features; subscriptions renew until cancelled. Redeem codes purchased via Etsy are single-use and non-transferable.
4. Refunds
Because invitations are delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are granted at our discretion within 14 days where the service has not been substantially used.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Affiliate program
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying referred purchases. Commissions are subject to approval and a minimum payout threshold. Fraudulent referrals will be voided.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
